The SBU together with the police are conducting searches in Ukrzaliznytsia StopCor
On August 20, the SBU documented a multimillion-dollar corruption scheme involving the purchase of inventory for Ukrzaliznytsia, which caused the state 12 million hryvnias in losses. The Ukrzaliznytsia office is conducting searches in this case.

“According to the investigation, the scheme was built on the purchase of inventory for the repair of UZ passengers. It was organized by the management of the Passenger Company branch through affiliated companies. — it is said in the message.
It is reported that during 2019-2020 the branch allocated more than 60 million hryvnias for these purchases. At the same time, the damage to the state cost about 12 million hryvnias. The cost of production was unreasonably high.
StopCor reminds, on August 20 the national police of Vinnytsia region together with the SBU documented a criminal deal, as a result of which the state suffered losses of almost 12 million hryvnias.
