It is indicated that this decision became known as a result of an extraordinary meeting of advisers of the «Norman format».
During the dialogue, all parties agreed on the importance of the next exchange, as well as the importance of implementing the new Normandy format between the leaders of the participating countries.
In other words, we can expect that Ukraine will soon hold a new stage of exchange, as well as organize a new international dialogue on the settlement of the military conflict in the east of the country.

This was the third stage of the release of Ukrainian citizens in the framework of the exchange of prisoners. The first took place in September last year, when 35 Ukrainians returned home, and the second, in December, when 76 citizens returned.
