The petition to ban 5G in Ukraine received the necessary votes

An e-petition demanding a ban on 5G has garnered the required 25,000 signatures for consideration by the President.

Such data are published on the electronic resource of petitions on the website head of state.

«Without a clinically proven evidence base for the safety of this type of communication, please do not enter it in our country!» — stated in the text of the petition concerning the 5G connection.

Corresponding petition was created on April 7, its author is Juliana Gordey.

As of 2:30 p.m. on July 6, the petition received 25,456 votes. As reported by Ukrinform, at least 20 towers of different mobile operators have been burned in the UK due to rumors that 5G mobile technology promotes the spread of coronavirus.

As Ukrinform reported, in February the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ericsson signed a memorandum on consulting support in the field of fixed and mobile communication systems of the new generation 4G (LTE-Advanced) and 5G.
