The mother of political prisoner Teymur Abdullayev, Dilyar Abdullayev, has filed a complaint with the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in connection with the violation of her son’s rights by unjustified long-term transfer to a penal colony in Russia.

«I have made an appeal to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. I prepared it with the help of Vitaliy Saenko from the office of the head of the UN Monitoring Mission for Human Rights in Ukraine Matilda Bogner. This is a complaint about the violation of the rights of my son Teymur, who is almost constantly kept in the pre-trial detention center of the Russian colony. « — Abdullayeva reported.
According to her, the latest data received by the lawyer who visited Teymur Abdullayev in IC-2 in Salavat (Bashkortostan), in particular, the protocols on the imposed punishments, were taken into account when compiling the appeal.
The mother of the political prisoner said that earlier, during her son’s stay in the pre-trial detention center in Rostov-on-Don, he suffered a microstroke, after which he must receive special drugs. In this regard, the Ukrainian ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova addressed her Russian counterpart Tatiana Moskalkova.
«I have an answer from Moskalkova, which Denisova sent me. Moskalkova said that the situation was under control, and after arriving at the Teymur penal colony, they would examine him and provide him with the necessary urgent medical care. That is 4 months and 10 days Teymur without drugs «, — Abdullayeva emphasized.
She clarified that she sent parcels with medicines to the colony, but they were not handed over to Teymur, arguing that «it is not accepted in the punishment cell.»
Earlier it was reported that Teimur Abdullayev, a participant in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case, was placed in a remand prison until July 20.
It will be recalled that Muslim Aliyev, a participant in the Yalta-based Hizb ut-Tahrir case, is being held in the basement.
