The court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor’s office to return the land worth more than 15 million UAH to the territorial community of Kharkiv
Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office, investigators from the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts are conducting a pre-trial investigation into a terrorist group or terrorist organization (Part 1 of Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, during a search of one of the empty private houses in Maryinka, damaged as a result of numerous enemy shellings, the following was found and confiscated: a wooden box with 20 RGD-5 grenades with 10 fuses to them, 2 MES mines -50, 2 incendiary tubes, 4 electric detonators, 2 plastic bags with white powder, 1 rifle of the Mosina system with an optical sight, a smoke grenade of the DM-11 type, a box with 5.45 mm caliber cartridges, an TM-62M anti-tank mine, 16 RGO grenades, 21 TNT grenades with a total weight of 5.2 kg, a plastic explosive PVV-5A with a total weight of about 3.3 kg, 3 hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers RPG-22 and RPG-26 and a device designed for blasting electrically.
A petition has been filed with the court to seize the seized arsenal.
