On the set of Jurassic World 3, part of the team “picked up” COVID-19

The popular series “Crown”, which tells about the life of Elizabeth II and her relatives, will not end with season 5. The authors of the project plan to remove another season, which will already be final.

Earlier this year, Netflix streaming service announced that the series “Crown” will have five seasons instead of the previously planned six. Six months later, the opinion changed to the opposite. A message appeared on official Netflix Twitter:

We confirm that there will be the sixth (and final) season of the Crown series, except for the five previously announced!

The creator of the series, Peter Morgan, explained this decision:

When we began to discuss the plot lines of the fifth season, it became clear that in order to pay tribute to the richness and complexity of the story, we must return to the original plan and release six seasons. To make it clear that there will be no modernity, the sixth season will not bring us closer to today, it will simply allow us to examine the same period in more detail.

Netflix spokeswoman Cindy Holland says:

The Crown continues to raise the bar with each new season. We can’t wait for the audience to see the upcoming fourth season, and are proud to support Peter and his entire phenomenal team in working on the upcoming seasons.

Sabrina’s Chilling Adventures: Netflix Closes the Series

The third season of the series ended on the events of the late 70s: the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the reign of Elizabeth II, the personal problems of her sister Margaret and the Queen’s plot against her own son in order to prevent him from marrying for love.

The fourth season, which is expected to be shown later this year, will cover events until the beginning of the 90s, in which viewers will meet Margaret Thatcher and Diana Spencer. The upcoming two final seasons will cover events tentatively until 2003.
