Kolos announced the imminent opening of the stadium
Football club of the Ukrainian Premier League from the village of Kovalevka (Kiev region) Kolos has completed the reconstruction of its home arena. This was reported by the team’s press service.
According to the official website of Kolos, a historic event for the team from Kovalevka will take place on September 2 — the opening of the renovated stadium, where the team will play home matches.
Kolos will play the first home match of the season against FC Lviv after a break due to international matches. The approximate date of the match of the second round of the UPL 2020/21 is September 12.
It should be noted that in the first round of the Ukrainian championship Kolos played away against Shakhtar. The meeting, which took place at the NSC «Olympic» in Kiev, ended with a score of 3: 1 in favor of the Miners.
We will remind, following the results of the championship of Ukraine 2019/20 Kolos who played home matches on «Obolon-Arena» in Kiev, in a series of playoffs won the last ticket to the Europa League. Most likely, Kolos will be able to hold European Cup qualifiers at his new stadium.
