Yesterday, on August 19, in the evening on the specified street directly on a crosswalk the 28-year-old motorcyclist ran into the woman with two small children. The daughter of a seven-year-old from Odessa fell more on the daughter. The girls spent the night in a medical institution under the supervision of doctors, the threat to the lives of young patients passed. A passenger of a motorcyclist, born in 1998, was also injured in a traffic accident. The girl broke her arm and leg when she fell and was hospitalized together with all the victims.
On the fact of a traffic accident in the territorial police department initiated proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (violation of traffic safety rules or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. As part of the pre-trial investigation, investigators appointed a number of examinations.
However, the day after the accident, the girl injured in it complained to the police that she had been injured by an unknown man who resorted to genocide by witnessing an accident. The issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations is currently being resolved.
