Police detained a suspect in a brutal murder, which turned out to be a 45-year-old man of the victim, a citizen of Moldova, writes «radio.lublin.pl», reports .

A woman and her husband worked at fruit processing plants in the commune of Volnytsia. A conflict arose between them, and at one point the man dragged the woman into the building and attacked her. The motive for the crime is not yet known.
«We detained a 45-year-old man at the scene. A knife was also confiscated, which was probably (used) in the attack on the victim. « — said Commissioner Eva Rein-Kozak from the County Police Headquarters in Pulawy.
According to the publication «volodymyr.rayon» citing its own sources, the victim was a resident of Volodymyr-Volynskyi. Officers carried out work at the crime scene under the supervision of the prosecutor.

According to media reports, the deceased Volyn woman’s name was Maya Vakolyuk. Acquaintances of the young Ukrainian woman said that she was energetic and cheerful, sincere and hardworking. The girl was loved and respected by everyone who knew her, adds Volodymyr Media.
