The Kievsky District Court of Odessa sentenced a foreigner who stabbed a stab near a shopping center on Tairova in April last year (part 1 of article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

For example, a 26-year-old Armenian walking past a shopping center on Academician Korolev Street thought that one of the guys was making fun of him. A conflict ensued between them. In the midst of the dispute, the foreigner took a knife from his jacket pocket and hit their abuser in the stomach… The victim received a penetrating wound into the abdominal cavity.
At the trial, the guy admitted his guilt and repented of his deed. He asked the court not to pass a severe sentence.
The victim noted at the trial that he had no claims against the accused. The defendant’s family fully paid for his treatment, so he asked the court to impose a sentence not related to imprisonment.
The Themis servants, having studied the case materials, sentenced the foreigner to five years in prison with a probationary period of three years.
