According to the materials of the investigation, the civil servant and his accomplices demanded from the representative of the printing company 35 thousand. dollars for the issuance of permits in the field of fire safety and another 10 thousand. dollars — for drawing up an expert opinion on the fire condition of a production facility with an area of more than 5 thousand sq. m without actually leaving for this object.
In addition, as indicated, the intermediaries persuaded the same entrepreneur to provide an illegal benefit in the amount of 25 thousand. dollars to a law enforcement official for the unimpeded conduct of business after obtaining all permits.
